After receiving confirmation for a late check-in, I was informed there were no rooms available upon arrival, leaving my family without accommodations. The staff were unhelpful and unaccommodating during this stressful situation.

Unbeatable and magnificent setting, it's short walk to walking distance and quick highway access.

The room in the sheet was great value.

We loved the pet-friendly atmosphere, and the pool area looked inviting, perfect for summer fun. We even explored the nearby Stone Mountain Golf Club for some leisure activities.

In my kids' opinion, a snack bar would be great to have. They wanted something quick to grab after swimming but had to wait for breakfast the next morning.

We booked online using Booked.net and it took our credit card info, but stated it would charge us upon checkin. It asked our arrival time and we said 12 to 1am. We arrived at 11:54pm to be told all rooms were gone. Evidently booking online only put us on the list but rooms were given in arrival order even if someone new walked in. About 25 min later she found us a room but when we got in the room was never cleaned but her computer said it was cleaned. Very frustrating and it took an hour of driving around, looking online, and calling to find somewhere to sleep.

The food was reasonably priced.

This hotel suits my needs perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff helped me with a phone charger on my first stay, which I really appreciated. I'll definitely return for my next city trip!

The pool was nasty and the children didn't get to swim.

Stayed at holiday inn express & suites, atlanta, tucker northlake and really liked the comfy king suite. The location was great, close to various restaurants. Enjoyed the outdoor pool, perfect for relaxation after a long day. Breakfast was decent with a variety of choices, though it could use more options like bacon.

I wish they had early check-in. It would have been nice not to wait until 3 pm after a long drive.

Room was not cleaned - hair in the shower. Front desk was notified. When we returned, there was still hair in the shower and the bathroom floor was flooded. Shower was never used.

It was surely a perfect stay for a business trip. Impeccably clean place and caring staff, loved comfy location. Location: the hotel was close to the restaurants, shopping centers and Stone Mountain. Furthermore, in a good area. Our venue room was appropriate and updated with a couch.

The king suite had great amenities like a microwave, tv, hairdryer, and a private bathroom. The outdoor swimming pool was a nice touch with sun loungers to relax on. The breakfast was decent with a variety including turkey sausage and a pancake maker. Staff were supportive and quick in service.

The staff was excellent. I love front desk reception that worked evening shift. She was great. The manager was excellent and so was there staff.

It was not anything I did not like.

The 1st room the carpet by the AC was wet, but they moved us to another room. But there was no cable on the tv.
